Once again, Barrier Exteriors rose to the challenge. We accepted a rather unique opportunity to apply our skills to a rehab project in St. Paul very near Hamline University. James Hardie, Color Plus siding and trim on this 1 ½ story Tudor was the right “pick-me-up” for this rather tired home. A two piece Grade Band and a three piece Belly Band set the home apart from other nearby homes. The Belly band was configured using a bed mould much like a crown mould for an interior trim detail. Our crew is made up of seasoned craftsman and have, once again, created another masterpiece to stand the test of time.
